Feta and roasted fruit toast.

Adapted from here, although I did not make my own cheese. A good step away from regular sandwiches I would usually make for lunch, the pear, grapes, cheese and herb worked so well together. Though I do think that the grapes could use a little more time in the oven (until the skin splits).

Ingredients

/ 1 pear (sliced)

/ some grapes

/ basil

/ sea salt and cracked black pepper

/ Feta

/ Bread (grain and nut breads would complement the other ingredients better than plain white)

You could drizzle some honey on top but I thought the sweetness from the fruits were nice and subtle on it’s own.
